Important: Any balance that is not claimed by 20 July will not be kept by the event. Instead, it will be donated to local charitable causes, including:
The local firefighters
An organization supporting people with disabilities
A local family rebuilding their home
If you have any remaining balance, please request your refund before 20 July. If you choose not to, your unused funds will directly support these important local community initiatives.
